MLAC Spring Masters Meet 2026

TYPE OF MEET: 25-yard timed finals.

DATE & TIME: Saturday March 14th 2026

Distance Session:

Warm-up: 2:15 - 3:00pm

Meet Start: 3:00pm

Main Session:

Warm-up: no earlier than 4:30pm, 4:30--5:00pm

Meet start 5:00pm

CONTINUOUS WARM-UP: lane 1 and 2 will be available for warm-up warm down throughout the meet

FACILITY: Mt. Lebanon High School 155 Cochran Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15228. Eight-lane, 25-yard pool. 4.5’ to 12’ deep. Six lanes will be used for the meet and one lane will be available for warmup during the meet.

POOL LENGTH CERTIFICATION: The length of the competition course without a bulkhead is in compliance and on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1.

TIMING SYSTEM: Daktronics timing system with scoreboard and one stopwatch per lane as backup. The primary timing system will be automatic timing. Times may be submitted for USMS records and USMS Top 10 consideration.

ELIGIBILITY: Current USMS rules will govern the meet. All participants must be age 18 or older on the day of the meet and be currently-registered members of U.S. Masters Swimming. Foreign swimmers must provide proof of current membership in their country’s Masters Swimming governing body.

ENTRY FEES: $35.00 if registered in advance. $50 for deck entry day of the meet. Please enter online.

ENTRY LIMITS: Limit of 4 individual events and 2 relays. Max 12 entries for the 1650 and 1000 freestyle (each) and a max of 24 entries (4 heats) of the 500 freestyle; a waitlist will start if and when it fills

CHECK-IN: Swimmers shall check in with computer administrator upon arrival to the meet.

SEEDING: Times will be seeded Short Course Yards. No conversions by meet management. Please enter times for SCY. Seeded slower to fastest

SCRATCHES: No penalty for scratching on the block.

RELAY ENTRIES: Entries for relays will be due the morning of the session. Entries will be due by 4:40pm during warm-ups. Relays will be seeded after the deck entry deadline. For a relay to count toward USMS Top 10 times, no swimmer can swim more than one leg of a relay. Relays may be swum as all Male, all Female, or Mixed. Mixed relays must be two men and two women. All swimmers must be registered with the same club/team. Please email coachmikek@mlacswimming.com with relays ahead of time if possible.

ENTRY DEADLINE: All individual entries must be sent via the online registration by 11:59pm on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Deck entries may be accepted depending on space - please reach out to the meet director if the deadline is missed. The liability release must be signed without alterations.
